1. Refund Eligibility
   1. Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are generally not applicable for digital marketing services once the service has been initiated. However, Savit Interactive Services PVT. LTD. will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such, refund cannot exceed more than 15 days of service fee.
   2. Consulting Services: For consulting services, refunds may be considered if a cancellation request is made within 5 days of the initial consultation and the services have not been substantially rendered.
   3. Training and Educational Materials: Refunds for training programs or educational materials will be considered within 5 days of the purchase date, provided that the materials have not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
2. Refund Process
   1. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, clients must submit a written refund request to info@savit.in. The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.
   2. Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Savit Interactive Services PVT. LTD. reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances.
3. Exceptions
   1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or circumstances unrelated to the quality of our services.
   2. Force Majeure: Savit Interactive Services PVT. LTD. is not liable for any failure or delay in service delivery arising out of any cause beyond our reasonable control.
4. Payment Reversals
   1. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in the suspension of services and additional fees to cover chargeback-related expenses.
